Old Lyme resident and veteran of the road Dan Stevens is known worldwide for his brand of fingerstyle blues and early jazz gleaned from mentor Dave Van Ronk in NYC as well as his work with primitive homemade instruments such as the “Cigar Box Guitar” and “Diddley Bow”.

For this engagement, he has assembled a band of “mellow men” with Gary Buttery on tuba (Frank Zappa, Taj Mahal), drummer “F Sharp” (producer-Stash Records, NYC), and acoustic bassist Bob McCarthy forming the nucleus of the group. On any given night expect to find a collection of the best in local talent sitting in with the band.

On a beautiful summer’s eve this is truly one of Connecticut’s top destinations to enjoy a cocktail or dinner outdoors.
Let’s Rock !

RED SOX or YANKEES?

Your choice aligns you with a group of passionate fans, no matter the team. Here at the Inn, we enjoy this competitive nature…and it’s a constant point of contention among our employees. In an effort to celebrate this ancient debate, we are throwing a party! Or rather a ‘series’ of parties:

Join us here at the Inn and cheer on your favorite team during the I-95 Series. We will be broadcasting the Red Sox vs. Yankees game on July 7th at 7:15 in our Peterson Room, bar and outdoor patio. The party starts at 6pm, and we will be offering all of your favorite ballpark delicacies and giving away prizes throughout the entire game. Bring your friends and family for a night to celebrate baseball and this wonderful community where the fan base is always split!

Advance ‘ticket’ reservations are available. Please call (860)434-2600 or email for more information.

We hope to see you there!
